Prepare for Transit
Carefully repackage the item in its original protective crate or box, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included to prevent damage during return transit.
Schedule White Glove Pickup
For oversized furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
